- Account data: email address and sign-in details.
- Athlete and parent details you submit: name, email, position, skill level, experience, location and goals.
- Team details owners publish: team profile, roster names, events and contact info.
- Registration and purchase records: event registrations, payment status and transaction references (we never see full card numbers).
- Messages sent through contact forms, and basic technical data such as device and usage logs.
How we use it
To run the service: matching athletes with teams, handling applications and registrations, sending event reminders, processing purchases, preventing abuse and meeting legal duties.
Who we share it with
- Teams you apply to or register with, and parents you link with.
- Our payment processor, which handles checkout and payment data as a separate controller.
- Hosting, database, email-delivery and AI providers who process data on our behalf.
- Authorities when required by law.
Retention and your rights
We keep data while your account is active and as needed for legal and accounting purposes. You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data by emailing Johnsonaa92490@gmail.com. You can unsubscribe from reminder emails using the link in each email.
Children
Athletes under 13 must not create an account; a parent or guardian should manage participation.
