You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase for any ticket, jersey or season pass bought on Pitchline.
- If an event is cancelled by the team, you get a full refund automatically.
- Jerseys can be returned unworn within 14 days of delivery.
To request a refund, email Johnsonaa92490@gmail.com with your purchase email and order details. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
