These terms are an agreement between you and Pitchline, the operator of pitchline.org. By using the site you accept them.
The service
Pitchline lets teams publish profiles and events, and lets athletes and parents discover teams, apply, register and buy tickets and team merchandise. Teams are responsible for their own events, tryout decisions and listings.
Payments
Purchases are processed by our payment processor. Prices shown include a $5 owners fee where stated. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
- Give accurate information and only post events and teams you are authorised to represent.
- No harassment, discrimination, spam, fraud, or illegal content.
- Don't scrape, disrupt, or try to access other people's accounts or data.
Content and intellectual property
You keep ownership of content you post and give us a licence to display it on Pitchline. The Pitchline name, design and software belong to us.
Suspension
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.
Liability
Sports involve physical risk; participation in any event is at your own risk and under the organising team's rules. The service is provided "as is" and, to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
